Frequently asked questions

Will I actually fly the glider during the Instructional Flight?
Under direct instructor supervision, yes — you'll feel the brakes, practise weight-shift steering, and learn how to read the air. It's the same introduction format used in SafePro pilot schools, designed for passengers who want to understand paragliding from the inside. Your instructor retains full control at all times.
What is the maximum weight for paragliding?
The maximum weight for a passenger is 110 kg — the highest limit of any operator in Tenerife.
What is the minimum age for paragliding?
Children from age 6 can fly, with a minimum height of 1 metre. Parental consent is required for anyone under 18.
Are photos and videos included?
Photos and videos are an optional add-on for €30 per passenger, payable on the day of your flight. You can also bring your own GoPro.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3 to 5 days in advance during peak season. Online bookings confirm instantly.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If we cancel due to weather, we rebook you for free at your convenience — or refund you in full. Your choice.
What should I wear?
Long trousers, a long-sleeve top, sunglasses, and sports shoes or hiking boots. Flip-flops are not permitted.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Free pickup from Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos, Playa Paraíso, Callao Salvaje and La Caleta.
How can I pay?
Online via card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, or cash on the day. Online bookings earn early-bird and group discounts.
Can we fly as a group?
Yes. We offer 5% off for 2 passengers and 10% off for 3 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
Are there any medical restrictions?
Pregnancy, recent surgeries and certain heart conditions exclude you from flying. If in doubt, message us before booking.
How long does the whole activity take?
From pickup to drop-off, plan for 2 to 3 hours. Actual airtime depends on the flight you choose (15 – 45 minutes).
