Our services

Touch The Sky Paragliding provides tandem paragliding flights, instructional flights, full-day experiences, paragliding courses, and guided mountain excursions in Tenerife, Spain. All activities are operated by licensed pilots under the Canary Islands active tourism framework.

Booking and payment

When you book, your card is authorized for the full amount. This is a temporary hold, not a charge. We charge your card only when we confirm your flight, which is usually within a few hours of booking. If we cannot run your flight, the hold is released and no money is taken. Prices are in Euros and include Spanish IGIC (Canarian indirect tax). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; you will be notified and given the option to cancel before your booking is confirmed at the corrected price.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before your flight: full refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund (unless Touch The Sky cancels)
• Touch The Sky cancels due to weather or safety: full refund or free rebooking at your choice
• Touch The Sky cancels for other operational reasons: full refund
• No-shows without prior notice: no refund

Changes and rescheduling

Once your flight is confirmed, you can reschedule it online up to 24 hours before the flight, up to 2 times. There is no rescheduling fee; you only pay or receive any difference in the flight price. If we reschedule your flight because of weather, that change does not count toward this limit.

Weather and safety

Paragliding is weather-dependent. We monitor conditions up to the day of your flight. If we judge conditions unsafe, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule or refund. Our pilots make the final safety decision and their judgement is final. Requesting a flight in unsuitable conditions does not entitle you to a refund if we decline on safety grounds.

Passenger requirements

To participate in a tandem flight you must:

• Weigh between 40 kg and 100 kg (exceptions by prior written agreement)
• Be in reasonable physical health with no conditions that prevent physical exertion
• Be at least 14 years old (under 18 requires written parental consent on the day)
• Follow all safety instructions given by your pilot before and during the flight
• Declare any medical conditions that may affect your ability to fly safely

Liability

Our tandem pilots carry €1.5 million third-party and passenger liability insurance for tandem paragliding, underwritten by AXA Versicherung AG (policy no. 20 AU 60 103-02281). Paragliding involves inherent risk. By booking you acknowledge you have been informed of these risks and accept them voluntarily.

Our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence is not limited by these terms. Our liability for other losses is limited to the price you paid for the activity.

Photos and video

We may take photos and video during your flight for promotional use on our website and social media. You will be asked for consent before your flight. If you decline, no images of you will be published. If you purchase the media add-on, your files are delivered digitally within 7 days.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, videos, and branding — is owned by Touch The Sky Paragliding or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
